TheAtlantic Ocean Roador theAtlantic Road is an 8.3-kilometer (5.2 mi) long section ofCounty Road 64. It passes byHustadvika, an unsheltered part of theNorwegian Sea, connecting the island of Averøy with the mainland andRomsdalshalvøyapeninsula. It runs between the villages ofKarvage on Averøy andVevangin Eida. It is built on several small islands andskerries, which are connected by severalcauseways,viaductsand eight bridges—the most prominent beingStorseisundet Bridge.
